ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Duben’s work has been showcased in venues across the nation including the Sanchez Contemporary Art Gallery, Ironstone Vineyards, Resurrect Oakland Art Gallery, Expressions Gallery, and RAW Artist showcases. Duben has participated in chalk and art events across the country and produces custom art for a range of corporate client and locations, from Birkenstock to the San Francisco Pier.
Duben's artistic process revolves around highlights and shadows, employing warm and cool colors to create visual depth. She collects an assortment of objects, textiles, and decorative papers, integrating them through the art of collage. Her work explores a daring palate of color, combining elements of realism with fantasy to produce an organic explosion of color, feminism, spirituality, and emotion.
Duben resides in Seattle, WA, where she create chalk art, paintings, mixed media, murals, signage, and takes part in live event painting and teaching art courses.
